Common problems with Adobe Flash Player’s recent update

If you’re experiencing crashes with the Adobe Flash player, you can refresh the page and the video should play again.

Please let us know by contacting us and tell us what browser you’re using (Firefox,Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc…).

Adobe recently made an update which seems to be creating some issues.

More common problems you might be experiencing:
  • Video not playing
  • Video stopping before the end
  • No sound

In 99.9% of the cases, all these problems are caused by the same issue:

Your cache in your browser is full and preventing a complete download of the video.

This is  easy to fix:

  • Step 1. Please clear your cache in your browser (delete temporary internet files).
    • Internet Explorer: Go to “Tools” / Delete Browsing History / Make sure “Temporary internet Files” is checked and click Delete
    • Firefox: Go to “Tools” / Clear Recent History / Make sure “Cache” is checked and click “Clear Now”
    • Chrome It’s explained here http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95582

  • Step 2. Refresh (reload) the page of the video you are experiencing problems with. (You need a new temporary download of the video).

If that does not work, make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player for Windows or Quicktime for Mac and iPad.
